I’m focused on one thing: converting abundant, underutilized power into bankable digital infrastructure and resilient housing—at speed and with discipline.
On the digital side, my team sources and secures land positioned next to existing or imminent energy—geothermal, hydro, natural gas, and utility-scale solar—to enable investor-grade data center developments. We align the three non-negotiables—power, land, and fiber—then structure pathways for anchor tenants and EPC partners to move from intent to execution. In Africa and other growth markets, we’re prioritizing sites with clear generation roadmaps, sovereign or utility support, and realistic timelines for interconnection. Our model is pragmatic: we don’t fund speculative studies; we de-risk with real partners, real megawatts, and real tenants. Typical footprints range from 2.5 MW modular blocks to 150 MW campuses, with redundancy strategies tailored to local grids and long-term O&M.
In parallel, I continue advancing modular housing solutions through Elite Container Homes and allied initiatives. The goal is to deliver durable, efficient, modern dwellings at a price point communities can support—without compromising aesthetics or performance. We leverage off-site fabrication, standardized assemblies, and smart-build sequences to compress schedules, reduce waste, and improve quality. This work is complemented by BoulderMOD, a trades training effort designed to build the workforce capacity required for both housing and infrastructure projects. Skilled people build strong communities; our pipeline helps ensure the talent is there when projects are ready.

Additionally, we assist buyers with owner financing, bypassing traditional lender requirements and fees.

Investor Note Servicing was created out of necessity to originate and service loans for the parent company, Blue Sky Properties of Kansas and now we’ve expanded and offer our services to other investors. We offer Dodd-Frank compliant Residential Mortgage Loan Origination (RMLO) and Premium Note Servicing Solutions for Investors. Investor Note Servicing is a one-stop shop for all RMLO needs, from Dodd-Frank compliant loan origination, successful payment collection and comprehensive loan servicing.
